Programs
All the programs that have been used in the preparation of the book can be obtained by downloading the file
It contains a library of Mathematica background tools developed for the book plus one notebook for each chapter in the book. The notebooks are commented and should be readable for anybody with a basic understanding of Mathematica. There are also two C++-programs described in the chapters on numeric methods, and a few Comsol programs used for simulations. A readme file explains how to use these programs.
The Mathematica programs can be viewed by means of the Wolfram CDF player which is freely available. The C++ programs can be executed with any compiler. The Comsol programs requires the Comsol software.
