Applied Statistics - Week 8

The following is a description of what we will go through during this week of the course. The chapter references and computer exercises are considered read, understood, and solved by the end of the week or when otherwise stated.

Monday:
We will start with a small fitting exercise, which simply illustrate the challenges in complicated fits. The rest of the class will be dedicated to Project 2.

Tuesday:
The final subject of the course is time series, which Florian will lecture on. He has also designed the exercise, in which you will analyse contraction cycles of a slime mould.
