I started teaching in the autumn of 2003. while still at the University of
Aarhus, I gave lectures on the post-recombination Universe and galaxy
formation. In the spring of 2004 i gave lectures in in introductory cosmology
(A4) following Barbara Ryden's book "Introduction to Cosmology". Some
good links in this connection are
J.P. Leahy's cosmology
page,
Relativity on the web,
The cosmology FAQ.
At the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen I have taught "Introduction to
Cosmology" with Jens Hjorth (called astro 1 at the time), contributed to a
course on advanced cosmology, an introductory course on Galaxies together with
Per Kjaergaard, and Jens Knude (astro 2). I have taught a master course on
galaxy formation and chemical evolution (for which I received the Niels Bohr
Institute teachign award). I teach an introductory course (Fundamentals of
Astrophysics, with Uffe G. Jørgensen and Troels Haughbølle), a course on
galaxy formation and galactic dynamics (with Steen Hansen) and a course on
observational astrophysics, where we use the Nordic Optical Telescope. I have
also been coordinator for the study-reform of the astro courses in connection
with the "fremdriftsreform" in 2014.
